Patricia Jackson was born in Chicago and got her start in the restaurant business at an early age. She worked in the kitchen at Ivory’s Shrimp House; learning how to cut potatoes, peel shrimp, and keep a clean kitchen; a job which she never forgot!  Patricia received her bachelor’s degree in Nursing as she continued her work as the Nurse Recruiter for the second largest Hospital in the State of Arkansas, but Patricia never stopped thinking about becoming an entrepreneur and owning her own restaurant.

With David's help, Patricia's dream became a reality when she opened “The Food Patty Wagon” (a Gourmet food truck).  With David's continued counsel, Patricia's company has grown to a multi-brand dining and hospitality corporation based in Houston, Texas.  Patricia's holdings include a growing collection of Mobile Restaurants, a University Sports Arena Concession Restaurant and her flagship brick and mortar restaurant, Miss Patty's Southern Soul & Seafood Kitchen.
